Pure Chamomile Tea

 Loose tea (Not bagged)

Ingredients:

• Chamomile
• Love

Benefits:

• Promotes sleep
• Helps to treat insomnia

• Helps to Treat colds
• May reduces muscle spasms
• Eases menstrual pain
• Helps to soothe stomach ache

Directions (Per 1 cup):

For best results..

• Add 1-2 teaspoons to a pot filled with 2 cups of water
• Bring to a boil then let simmer on Low-Med for about 15-18 minutes (16 minutes usually works well with most stove tops)
• Water should be reduced by about half
• Remove the the herbs (If you have a tea strainer place herbs in the strainer & into your cup for extra flavor) and pour the brewed tea into your miracle mug...Sip and Enjoy!!

-Or-

• Steep Lavender herbs in hot/boiled water (with or without a strainer) for 15-20 minutes, strain the herb then.......Sip & Enjoy!!

 **If you would like to add sweetener Agave is recommended
